"Vig, don't forget these long johns that I knitted for you." Eira said happily and started to pack bright pink woolen underpants in Vignirs allready overflowing backpack. This was the last time Vignir would let her mother to oversee the packing process.
"Moooooooooooooom! They're pink! Stop embarassing me in front of my new mentor!" Vignir facepalmed himself, his cheecks glowing red under his fur. Jax, who had promissed to help Vignir with his first Rite of Knowledge, snickered quietly in to his fist at the background. His tokota wagged her tail, as if understangin the comedy in this situation. Tofts own tokota tilted his head curiously.

Eira clicked her tongue in reprehending matter. "Shush now boy. I'm sorry that they're a bit girly, but this was only color that was left. I need to spin more yarn after we get to shear our sheeps." Vignir gritted his teeth and let out loud and rebellious "UGH!" His mother continued "And besides, they're hidden under your trousers anyway.  It's better to stay prepared than cry later. Now go and get Rahkasammal ready so you can be off on your way."

Filled with teen angst, Vignir headed to the sheep barn to get Rahkasammals manttle and tack. Tawny tokota followed boy with exited spring in his step.
